Healthy Food

Do you know that popcorn is a whole grain? Well, it is! Popcorn can actually be healthy. Without all the butter and salt 3 cups will give you one out of three ounces of needed whole grain, along with oatmeal, brown rice, and whole wheat bread. Also, who knew that vegatables are so complex! Vegatables are divided into 5 subgroups. The subgroups are dark green vegatables, orange vegatables, dry beans and peas, starchy vegatables, and finally other vegatables.So, you see there are so many vegatables to choose from, how could you not get your daily serving with so many choices? Even though they may not always taste good it is important to eat healthy foods, because they're what keep who alert, happy, and awake.

Junk Food

Even though eating healthy food is important you need sweets in your life! I love brownies, but there are some pretty stange stuff in there. For example, Xanthan gum, do you know what that is? Xanthan gum is Xanthomonas campestris combined with corn sugar, the result was a colorless slime. How gross is that? Slime in your food?! Everytime you eat brownies you are eating something they use as a lubricant for oil pumps! Yes, it's gross but that's is why you can't eat too much junk food.
